Traditional Austrian Dessert made of three layers of soft and light chocolate sponge, separated by apricot jam and coated with a decadent chocolate glaze.
Ingredients: (Sponge) Rice flour, Potato flour, Tapioca flour, maize, buckwheat flour, Cocoa Powder, gluten free baking powder, baking soda, xantham gum, salt, Maple syrup, vanilla extract, Coconut milk, Apple cider vinegar, sunflower oil, Apricot jam, (Glaze) Cocoa mass, Maple syrup, Coconut oil, Coconut cream, Vanilla extract.
